Dual-SIM, Android Karbonn Titanium S9 smartphone with MediaTek’s quad-core processor launched at Rs 19,900



Karbonn on Friday launched 3G enabled Karbonn Titanium S9 smartphone with a price tag of Rs Rs 19,900.
The device is powered by Mediatek’s 1.2 GHz Quad Core processor. Another Indian handset manufacturer Micromax, Karrbonn’ competitor is also using MediaTek’s quad-core processor in its smartphones.
Dual-SIM Titanium S9 runs Android Jelly Bean 4.2 operating system. It comes with a 2600 mAh battery, 16 GB internal memory and 1 GB RAM.
It has a 5.5'' HD IPS capacitive screen with high-definition 720p display. It sports a 13 MP rear camera and a 5MP front-camera for video chats.
Shashin Devsare, executive director, Karbonn said that the launch of  Karbonn Titanium S9 initiates the company’s foray into the HD IPS smartphone category wherein it seeks to satiate the consumer needs with the best-in-class technological innovations.
Karbonn’s Titanium series of smartphones have evoked good response in India. In May Karbonn launched Titanium S5 at 11990. The S5 is a Dual SIM phone and it comes with a5-Inch QHD Multi Touch Capacitive Screen. It is powered by a1.2GHz Quad Core Processorand runs on Android 4.1(Jelly Bean) operating system.
